Our inspectors receive the best training in the profession through a combination of technical and practical training at our corporate training facility located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our instructors are experienced, licensed home inspectors who deliver excellence to their own clients every day. They provide our inspectors with real life scenarios to discuss and we conduct parallel inspections on existing homes to aid in the learning process. We also utilize state of the art technology to ensure we provide our client with the best the profession has to offer. This includes the latest evaluation tools in our profession.

Our inspectors begin with our 120 hour certification program and must complete a minimum of 16 hours of continuing education annually in qualifed and inspection-related programs.
