The report is sent to you by email the same day. Hard copies are available at no charge. First time home buyers are a specialty and we take the extra time to explain a home's stystems and welcome your questions and participation in the home inspection. Each report comes with a home maintenance book and annual maintenace checklist. If your realtor doesn't provide one, we will give you a no-deductible, 90 day home warranty at no charge. Our service continues long after the sale with newsletters and maintenance tips.
